Thinking about Counselling?

Counselling can help everyone, life can be tough and challenging, we can all face issues and overwhelming emotions, you may be feeling stuck, anxious or worried about low mood/depression, just talking through your thoughts and feelings with somebody impartial can help start to process, reflect and better understand these feelings. Beginning therapy can feel scary and uncertain, I have been there myself. It’s normal to feel nervous about opening up or not knowing what to expect. Reaching out for support is an important step toward taking care of yourself.

What happens next?

If you think it’s the right time for counselling, let’s start with a chat. I offer a free 20 minute call via zoom or phone. This is chance to talk about what’s on your mind and ask any questions and importantly for us to decide if we can work together.

I offer short-term and long-term counselling, sometimes only a few sessions are needed, giving you time to reflect and process. For deeper issues, longer term counselling can provide a safe non-judgemental space to begin to unlock past hurt and trauma that may have been hidden, buried or forgotten.

What are my fee’s

Individual Counselling: £65 for up to 60 minutes

Payable 48 hrs in advance via bank transfer.
